During a course you will you will be given tools and techniques via meditation to become aware of your own body and mind, recognising your own thoughts and feelings and acknowledging them in a non judgemental way. Your newly acquired ways of thinking will help you to become more aware of stress triggers and its effects on your body and mind allowing you to deal with them more effectively, thus allowing you to live a more stress free life and more able to deal with life's ups and downs.
